芝士通心粉製作非常簡,只需10-15分鐘便做好。與其買即食的寶寶芝士通心粉,不如自己做,始終作為媽媽,親自選購食材,才最放心。
材料:
通心粉 30 克
磨碎車打芝士 2 – 3 湯匙
牛油 少許
白汁:
洋蔥 30 克
麵粉 / 生粉 1 茶匙
鮮奶 100 亳升
做法:
1. 洋蔥切成小粒,備用。
2. 通心粉煮熟,備用。
3. 燒熱鍋子後加入牛油,然後放入洋蔥,炒至微黃加少量清水煮至軟身。
4. 加入麵粉 / 生粉,然後逐少加入鮮奶,攪拌至合適的稠度,再加入芝士。
5. 最後加入通心粉攪勻即成。
貼士:
* 可加入菇類或其他適合的蔬菜。
* 因應媽媽的喜好或寶寶的需要,可加少許鹽調味。
Macaroni Cheese
Ingredients:
Macaroni 30 g
Grated cheddar cheese 2-3 tbsp
Butter Small amount
Cream sauce:
Onion 30 g
Flour 1 tsp
Milk 100 mL
Preparation Method:
1. Cut the onion into fine pieces. Set aside.
2. Boil the macaroni until cooked. Set aside.
3. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the onion and fry until slightly brown. Add a small amount of water and cook until soft.
4. Add flour and then add the milk bit by bit. Stir until desirable consistency is reached. Add cheese.
5. Add macaroni and stir well.
Notes:
* You can add mushroom or other vegetables to the recipe.
* You can season with salt according to your preference and your baby’s need.
