寶寶食譜中英對照,方便有菲傭姐姐幫手的媽媽。(印尼文恕小妹無能為力……)
Lexi的女麻女麻常說,寶寶要喝燉豬肉湯才夠營養,於是我找來了這個燉豬肉汁的食譜,一星期給Lexi燉一次。這款豬肉汁,亦適合手術後或大病初癒的成年人,一星期吃2-3次,有助身體復原。
材料:
豬肉(攪碎) 約 150 克
凍開水 約 1 碗
做法:
1. 豬肉攪碎後,以凍開水浸兩小時(水剛蓋過豬肉便可)。
2. 用煲湯魚袋將肉碎揸汁,豬肉可棄掉。
3. 肉汁燉20分鐘即成。
貼士:
*因應個人需要及寶寶的年紀,肉汁燉時可加少許油、鹽及薑絲。
*肉汁可用來做湯底。
*豬肉棄掉太浪費,我將它煮熟給兩隻狗寶貝加餸。
Double-boiled Pork Juice
Ingredients:
Minced pork approx 150 g
Cold boiled water approx 1 cup
Preparation Method:
1. Soak the pork in cold boiled water for 2 hours. (Water should just cover the pork.)
2. Put the pork in a Chinese soup bag and squeeze out all the juice. Discard the pork.
3. Double boil the pork juice for 20 minutes.
Notes:
*Depending on your needs and the age of your baby, you can add some oil, salt and ginger slices when you double boil the pork juice.
*You can use the juice as soup for noodles.
*Instead of throwing the pork away, I cook them for my K9 babies.
