材料:

通心粉                   30 克
磨碎車打芝士        2 – 3 湯匙
牛油                       少許

白汁:

洋蔥                       30 克
麵粉 / 生粉            1 茶匙
鮮奶                       100 亳升

做法:

1. 洋蔥切成小粒,備用。
2. 通心粉煮熟,備用。
3. 燒熱鍋子後加入牛油,然後放入洋蔥,炒至微黃加少量清水煮至軟身。
4. 加入麵粉 / 生粉,然後逐少加入鮮奶,攪拌至合適的稠度,再加入芝士。
5. 最後加入通心粉攪勻即成。

貼士:

* 可加入菇類或其他適合的蔬菜。
* 因應媽媽的喜好或寶寶的需要,可加少許鹽調味。

Macaroni Cheese

Ingredients:

Macaroni                                     30 g
Grated cheddar cheese              2-3 tbsp
Butter                                           Small amount

Cream sauce:

Onion                                          30 g
Flour                                            1 tsp
Milk                                             100 mL

Preparation Method:

1. Cut the onion into fine pieces. Set aside.
2. Boil the macaroni until cooked. Set aside.
3. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the onion and fry until slightly brown. Add a small amount of water and cook until soft.
4. Add flour and then add the milk bit by bit. Stir until desirable consistency is reached. Add cheese.
5. Add macaroni and stir well.

Notes:

* You can add mushroom or other vegetables to the recipe.
* You can season with salt according to your preference and your baby’s need.

Lexi的女麻女麻常說,寶寶要喝燉豬肉湯才夠營養,於是我找來了這個燉豬肉汁的食譜,一星期給Lexi燉一次。這款豬肉汁,亦適合手術後或大病初癒的成年人,一星期吃2-3次,有助身體復原。

Lexi的女麻女麻常說,寶寶要喝燉豬肉湯才夠營養,於是我找來了這個燉豬肉汁的食譜,一星期給Lexi燉一次。這款豬肉汁,亦適合手術後或大病初癒的成年人,一星期吃2-3次,有助身體復原。

豬肉(攪碎)                               約 150 克
凍開水                                           約 1 碗

做法:

1. 豬肉攪碎後,以凍開水浸兩小時(水剛蓋過豬肉便可)。
2. 用煲湯魚袋將肉碎揸汁,豬肉可棄掉。
3. 肉汁燉20分鐘即成。

貼士:

*因應個人需要及寶寶的年紀,肉汁燉時可加少許油、鹽及薑絲。
*肉汁可用來做湯底。
*豬肉棄掉太浪費,我將它煮熟給兩隻狗寶貝加餸。

Double-boiled Pork Juice

Ingredients:

Minced pork                                approx 150 g
Cold boiled water                        approx 1 cup

Preparation Method:

1. Soak the pork in cold boiled water for 2 hours. (Water should just cover the pork.)
2. Put the pork in a Chinese soup bag and squeeze out all the juice. Discard the pork.
3. Double boil the pork juice for 20 minutes.

Notes:
*Depending on your needs and the age of your baby, you can add some oil, salt and ginger slices when you double boil the pork juice.
*You can use the juice as soup for noodles.
*Instead of throwing the pork away, I cook them for my K9 babies.

茄汁雞肉意粉

材料:

蕃茄(一般大小)                                4 個
洋蔥                                                       90 克
雞胸肉 / 雞脾肉(去肥)                     30 克
意粉                                                        30 克
橄欖油                                                   少許

做法:

1. 雞肉剁碎或切成小粒,備用。
2. 洋蔥切成小粒,備用。
3. 以清水將蕃茄煮至軟身,隔水備用。
4. 意粉煮熟,備用。
5. 燒熱鍋子後加少許橄欖油,然後加入洋蔥炒至金黃色,再加入蕃茄,以低火煮10分鐘。水分蒸發至剩下1/3時,熄火並以篩子隔渣。
6. 再次燒熱鍋子,加少許橄欖油後下雞肉,將雞肉煮至8成熟,加入意粉和適量蕃茄汁,以中火煮滾即成。

貼士:

*滿15個月大的寶寶,如果小臼齒已長出,其實無須再將食物剁碎或攪碎,切成小粒便可。
*可以牛肉或魚肉代替雞肉。
*因應媽媽的喜好和寶寶的需要,可加入其他蔬菜或菇類。
*視乎寶寶的喜好和需要而定,依照以上食譜製作的茄汁一般足夠寶寶兩餐的份量。

Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

Tomaotes (average size)                                 4
Onion                                                                90 g
Chicken brest / thigh (remove fat)                 3o g
Spaghetti                                                          30 g
Olive oil                                                             a little

Preparation Method:

1. Mince the chicken or cut into fine pieces. Set aside.
2. Cut the onion into fine pieces. Set aside.
3. Boil the tomatoes in water until they are soft. Drain the water.
4. Boil the spaghetti. Set aside.
5. Heat a little olive oil in a saucepan. Then add the onion and fry until it turns golden brown. Next, add the tomatoes and cook over low heat until the liquid is reduced to 1/3. Use a sieve to drain the tomato sauce.
6. Heat a little olive in the saucepan again. Then add the chicken and cook until it is almost done. Next, add the spaghetti and a suitable amount of tomato sauce. Use medium heat to bring to the boil.

Notes:

*If your baby is over 15 months old and has grown her premolars, you no longer need to mince her food. Cut the food into fine pieces instead and she can have bigger pieces as she grows.
*You can use beef or fish instead of chicken for this recipe.
*According to your preference and your baby’s need, you can add other vegetables or mushrooms.
*Depending on your baby’s preference and need, the tomato sauce prepared with this recipe should be enough for two meals.

日式雞肉雜菜炒意粉
日式雞肉雜菜炒意粉

材料:

雞胸肉 / 雞脾肉(去肥)                   30 克
蔬菜(椰菜 + 甘荀)                          50 克
(可選擇不同蔬菜或菇類,份量約40-60克,視乎蔬菜本身的重量而定,輕身的蔬菜如果用太多,做出來會很大份,寶寶或會吃不完。)
意粉                                                      30 克
植物 / 橄欖油                                       1 茶匙

調味:

豉油                                                         半茶匙
湯(煮過意粉和材料的湯)                  4 湯匙

做法:

1. 雞肉剁碎或切成小粒,蔬菜切絲。
2. 將雞肉、蔬菜和意粉以清水烚至8成熟,撈起備用;另煮過意粉和材料的湯,留起四湯匙備用。
3. 燒熱鍋子後加油,然後加入菇類炒至8成熟(如有),再加入雞肉、蔬菜、意粉、湯和豉油,以中火煮滾即成。

貼士:

*滿15個月大的寶寶,如果小臼齒已長出,其實無須再將食物剁碎或攪碎,切成小粒便可。
*可以豬肉代替雞肉。
*蔬菜 / 菇類方面,可選用白菜仔、椰菜、菜芯、甘荀、茄子、金菇、本菇、冬菇、舞菇、磨菇等。
*因應媽媽的喜好和寶寶的需要,肉類可與菇類(如有)一起炒熟,才加入烚熟的蔬菜。

Spaghetti in Soy Sauce

Ingredients:

Chicken brest / thigh (remove fat)             3o g
Vegatables (cabbage & carrot)                   50 g
(Use 40-60g of vegetables, depending on the weight of the vegatable(s) you choose. Adjust the amount of vegetables used so you don’t end up with a portion so big that your baby can’t finish.)
Spaghetti                                                       30 g
Vegetable / Olive oil                                      1 tsp

Seasoning:

Soy sauce                                                         1/2 tsp
Soup (from boiling spaghetti)                       4 tbsp

Preparation Method:

1. Mince the chicken or cut into fine pieces. Slice the vegetables.
2. Boil the chicken and vegatables (except mushrooms) in water until almost cooked. Save 4 tbsp of the soup.
3. Heat the oil in a saucepan / frying pan. Stir fry the mushrooms (if any) until almost cooked. Then add the chicken, vegetables, spaghetti, soup and soy sauce. Use medium heat to bring to the boil.

Notes:

*If your baby is over 15 months old and has grown her premolars, you no longer need to mince her food. Cut the food into fine pieces instead and she can have bigger pieces as she grows.
*You can use pork instead of chicken for this recipe.
*Many vegetables / mushrooms work well with this recipe, including pak choy, cabbage, choy sum, carrot, aubergine, enoki mushroom, shimeji mushroom, shitake mushroom, maitake mushroom, button mushroom and more.
*According to your preference and your baby’s need, you can stir fry the meat with the mushrooms (if any) before adding the boiled vegetables.

白汁西蘭花菇菇三文魚飯

三文魚(去肥)                     30 克
蔬菜(西蘭花 + 本菇)         40 克
(蔬菜份量約40-60克,視乎蔬菜本身的重量而定,輕身的蔬菜如果用太多,做出來會很大份,寶寶或會吃不完。)
低脂忌廉                                1.5-2 湯匙
牛油                                        3 克
白米                                        30 克

做法:

1.  將白米煮成軟飯。
2. 三文魚切成小塊,備用。
3. 蔬菜剁碎或切粒,蒸10-15分鐘至剛熟,備用。(蔬菜亦可烚熟。)
4. 加熱鍋子後放入牛油。待牛油溶化後,加入三文魚,煮至8成熟。加入蔬菜和忌廉,以小火煮滾。如有需要,可加少許鹽調味。
5. 將白汁蔬菜三文魚與白飯拌勻即成。

貼士:

*滿15個月大的寶寶,如果小臼齒已長出,其實無須再將食物剁碎或攪碎,切成小粒便可。
*因應媽媽的喜好,三文魚可先蒸熟或烚熟。
*可以雞肉或新鮮吞拿魚代替三文魚。
*蔬菜方面,可選用西蘭花、菇類、椰菜花、薯仔、甘荀、南瓜、青豆等。
*如以牛奶和麵粉製作白汁,先將三文魚和蔬菜蒸 / 烚熟備用。加熱鍋子後放入5克牛油。待牛油溶化後,加入1.5茶匙麵粉攪勻,再逐少加入125毫升牛奶,攪勻加入三文魚和蔬菜,以中火煮滾即成。

Salmon and Veggie in Cream Sauce with Rice

Ingredients:

Salmon (remove fat)                                                 30 g
Vegatables (broccoli & shimeji mushroom)           40 g
(Use 40-60g of vegetables, depending on the weight of the vegatable(s) you choose. Adjust the amount of vegetables used so you don’t end up with a portion so big that your baby can’t finish.)
Fresh cream (reduced fat)                                        1.5-2 tbsp
Butter                                                                          3 g
Rice                                                                             30 g

Preparation Method:

1. Make soft rice.
2. Cut the salmon into small pieces. Set aside.
3. Cut the vegetables into fine pieces. Steam for 10-15 minutes until cooked and set aside. (You can also boil the vegetables.)
4. Heat a saucepan and melt the butter. Add the salmon and cook until almost done. Then add the vegetables and cream. Use low heat to bring to the boil.  Season with salt if necessary.
5. Mix well with the rice.

Notes:

*If your baby is over 15 months old and has grown her premolars, you no longer need to mince her food. Cut the food into fine pieces instead and she can have bigger pieces as she grows.
*If you prefer, you can steam (or boil) the salmon before making the dish.
*You can use chicken or tuna instead of salmon for this recipe.
*Many vegetables work well with this recipe, including broccoli, mushrom, cauliflower, potato, carrot, pumpkin, green peas and more.
*If you would like to make the cream sauce with milk and flour, steam (or boil) the salmon and vegetables and set aside. Heat a saucepan and melt 5 g of butter. Next, add 1.5 tsp of flour and stir well. Then add 125 ml of milk little by little and stir well. Finally add the salmon and vegetables, and use meduium heat to bring to the boil.

材料:

雞胸肉 / 雞脾肉(去肥)          15 克
雞蛋                                             半隻
蕃茄(去皮、去核)                 50 克
白米                                             30 克
植物 / 橄欖油                              1 茶匙
水                                                 適量

做法 :

1. 將白米煮成軟飯。
2. 雞肉剁碎或切成小粒,以清水烚至8成熟,撈起備用。
3. 蕃茄剁碎或切粒備用。
4. 雞蛋打勻,加少許油煎熟,切成小塊備用。
5. 燒熱鍋子,加少許油,加入蕃茄粒以及適量開水將蕃茄煮至適合寶寶的硬度,再加入雞肉和蛋,煮至雞肉熟透。
5. 將蕃茄雞肉蛋與白飯拌勻便成。

*因應媽媽的喜好或寶寶的需要,可加少許鹽調味。

Chicken, Egg and Tomato with Rice

Ingredients:

Chicken brest / thigh (remove fat)             15 g
Egg                                                                 1/2
Tomoto (remove skin and seeds)               50 g
Rice                                                                30 g
Vegetable / Olive oil                                     1 tsp
Water

Preparation Method:

1. Make soft rice.
2. Mince the chicken or cut into fine pieces. Boil in water until almost done. Drain the water and set aside.
3. Cut the tomato into fine pieces and set aside.
4. Scramble the egg with a little oil. Cut into small pieces and set aside.
5. Heat a saucepan with a little oil, add the tomato and a little water. Cook until the tomato is soft enough for your baby. Add the chicken and egg. Turn off heat when the chicken is fully cooked.
6. Mix well with the rice.

Notes:

* If your baby is over 15 months old and has grown her premolars, you no longer need to mince her food. Cut her food into fine pieces instead and she can have bigger pieces as she grows.
* You can season with salt according to your preference and your baby’s need.
