寶寶食譜中英對照,方便有菲傭姐姐幫手的媽媽。(印尼文恕小妹無能為力……)
這是妹妹跟我分享的鮮茄汁食譜,其實做法與我們平常吃的茄醬相似,只是一般茄醬會加入蒜頭、茄膏和香草,寶寶食譜則只用蕃茄和洋蔥。
材料:
蕃茄(一般大小) 4 個
洋蔥 90 克
雞胸肉 / 雞脾肉(去肥) 30 克
意粉 30 克
橄欖油 少許
做法:
1. 雞肉剁碎或切成小粒,備用。
2. 洋蔥切成小粒,備用。
3. 以清水將蕃茄煮至軟身,隔水備用。
4. 意粉煮熟,備用。
5. 燒熱鍋子後加少許橄欖油,然後加入洋蔥炒至金黃色,再加入蕃茄,以低火煮10分鐘。水分蒸發至剩下1/3時,熄火並以篩子隔渣。
6. 再次燒熱鍋子,加少許橄欖油後下雞肉,將雞肉煮至8成熟,加入意粉和適量蕃茄汁,以中火煮滾即成。
貼士:
*滿15個月大的寶寶,如果小臼齒已長出,其實無須再將食物剁碎或攪碎,切成小粒便可。
*可以牛肉或魚肉代替雞肉。
*因應媽媽的喜好和寶寶的需要,可加入其他蔬菜或菇類。
*視乎寶寶的喜好和需要而定,依照以上食譜製作的茄汁一般足夠寶寶兩餐的份量。
Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
Tomaotes (average size) 4
Onion 90 g
Chicken brest / thigh (remove fat) 3o g
Spaghetti 30 g
Olive oil a little
Preparation Method:
1. Mince the chicken or cut into fine pieces. Set aside.
2. Cut the onion into fine pieces. Set aside.
3. Boil the tomatoes in water until they are soft. Drain the water.
4. Boil the spaghetti. Set aside.
5. Heat a little olive oil in a saucepan. Then add the onion and fry until it turns golden brown. Next, add the tomatoes and cook over low heat until the liquid is reduced to 1/3. Use a sieve to drain the tomato sauce.
6. Heat a little olive in the saucepan again. Then add the chicken and cook until it is almost done. Next, add the spaghetti and a suitable amount of tomato sauce. Use medium heat to bring to the boil.
Notes:
*If your baby is over 15 months old and has grown her premolars, you no longer need to mince her food. Cut the food into fine pieces instead and she can have bigger pieces as she grows.
*You can use beef or fish instead of chicken for this recipe.
*According to your preference and your baby’s need, you can add other vegetables or mushrooms.
*Depending on your baby’s preference and need, the tomato sauce prepared with this recipe should be enough for two meals.
