寶寶食譜:日式豉油炒意粉

寶寶食譜中英對照,方便有菲傭姐姐幫手的媽媽。(印尼文恕小妹無能為力……)

這是妹妹與我分享的日式食譜,我試過覺得味道不錯,做法也簡單,各位媽媽可以一試。

日式雞肉雜菜炒意粉

日式雞肉雜菜炒意粉

材料:

雞胸肉 / 雞脾肉(去肥)                   30 克
蔬菜(椰菜 + 甘荀)                          50 克
(可選擇不同蔬菜或菇類,份量約40-60克,視乎蔬菜本身的重量而定,輕身的蔬菜如果用太多,做出來會很大份,寶寶或會吃不完。)
意粉                                                      30 克
植物 / 橄欖油                                       1 茶匙

調味:

豉油                                                         半茶匙
湯(煮過意粉和材料的湯)                  4 湯匙

做法:

1. 雞肉剁碎或切成小粒,蔬菜切絲。
2. 將雞肉、蔬菜和意粉以清水烚至8成熟,撈起備用;另煮過意粉和材料的湯,留起四湯匙備用。
3. 燒熱鍋子後加油,然後加入菇類炒至8成熟(如有),再加入雞肉、蔬菜、意粉、湯和豉油,以中火煮滾即成。

貼士:

*滿15個月大的寶寶,如果小臼齒已長出,其實無須再將食物剁碎或攪碎,切成小粒便可。
*可以豬肉代替雞肉。
*蔬菜 / 菇類方面,可選用白菜仔、椰菜、菜芯、甘荀、茄子、金菇、本菇、冬菇、舞菇、磨菇等。
*因應媽媽的喜好和寶寶的需要,肉類可與菇類(如有)一起炒熟,才加入烚熟的蔬菜。

Spaghetti in Soy Sauce

Ingredients:

Chicken brest / thigh (remove fat)             3o g
Vegatables (cabbage & carrot)                   50 g
(Use 40-60g of vegetables, depending on the weight of the vegatable(s) you choose. Adjust the amount of vegetables used so you don’t end up with a portion so big that your baby can’t finish.)
Spaghetti                                                       30 g
Vegetable / Olive oil                                      1 tsp

Seasoning:

Soy sauce                                                         1/2 tsp
Soup (from boiling spaghetti)                       4 tbsp

Preparation Method:

1. Mince the chicken or cut into fine pieces. Slice the vegetables.
2. Boil the chicken and vegatables (except mushrooms) in water until almost cooked. Save 4 tbsp of the soup.
3. Heat the oil in a saucepan / frying pan. Stir fry the mushrooms (if any) until almost cooked. Then add the chicken, vegetables, spaghetti, soup and soy sauce. Use medium heat to bring to the boil.

Notes:

*If your baby is over 15 months old and has grown her premolars, you no longer need to mince her food. Cut the food into fine pieces instead and she can have bigger pieces as she grows.
*You can use pork instead of chicken for this recipe.
*Many vegetables / mushrooms work well with this recipe, including pak choy, cabbage, choy sum, carrot, aubergine, enoki mushroom, shimeji mushroom, shitake mushroom, maitake mushroom, button mushroom and more.
*According to your preference and your baby’s need, you can stir fry the meat with the mushrooms (if any) before adding the boiled vegetables.
